We offer FREE DELIVERY within London M25 for all orders with a minimum spend of £20. All of our London deliveries are 100% emission free!

We now deliver on the day for 75% of London addresses, unless unforeseen circumstances apply (i.e. courier unavailability, road closures). If your post code is listed below, your order will be delivered using a same day, packaging-free (except for a biodegradable bag).

Deliveries outside of the above zone will be made via our local couriers using an emission free, next day delivery service.

London pick up 

 

​

You are welcome to pick up orders from our kitchen, located in Battersea. Please allow for 2 business days and select the pickup option at checkout. No minimum spend applies to pickup orders. 

​

Please note that once your order is ready for collection, it will be held for 5 business days and will be disposed of if uncollected. 

​

UK mainland delivery 

​

​

A minimum order of £20 applies and all orders will be subject to a flat delivery fee of £4.99. Deliveries will be made via next day delivery using a priority next day AM service.

​

Our UK mainland delivery service excludes the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and Northern Ireland. 

​

Please note, during busy periods, your order may arrive the day after the expected delivery date. See "What if my delivery is delayed" below for more details. 

 

If courier strikes are announced after your order is placed, we may need to cancel and refund your order or move your order to the next available delivery date.

When do you deliver?

 

​

Deliveries are typically made every Tuesday & Thursday (unless sold out) and you will be able to select your delivery date at the product page, subject to availability. 

 

Delivery cut-offs are at least two days before the delivery date and you will receive an email and SMS from our courier with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. 

 

London deliveries (both same day and next day) will be made at your nominated date between 9am to 8pm. Once you receive your tracking link from our courier, you can also add a note in your tracking details to indicate a safe place to leave your parcel if you won't be home.

UK mainland deliveries will be made at your nominated date, typically between 9am to 12pm. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel during this time period.

What if my delivery is delayed? (Outside of London)

​

​

We understand that sometimes parcels sent via our couriers may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, i.e. due to harsh weather conditions or road closures. If there is a delay, please be assured that the insulated packaging that we use means that your product can remain chilled for up to 48 hours.

 

Should the parcel arrive more than a day after your scheduled arrival or is not in a chilled condition, please get in touch with us [hello@chadong.co.uk] and we will do our best to resolve.

How will my milk tea remain chilled? 

​

​

Every bottle of your tea is made to order. 

 

To ensure your tea remains fresh, your products will be packaged using food-safe, eco-friendly insulated packaging and / or coolants. 

 

We have thoroughly tested our packaging to ensure that your products will arrive chilled, so simply pop it in your fridge upon receipt.

 

Our insulated cardboard packaging and cardboard boxes are also 100% recyclable.
